Responsibilities Execute duties in your assigned area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency – no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude to deliver the best to every guest. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up for the next shift. Deliver excellent service in every circumstance as a brand ambassador for Panera Warmth.
