Solutions Engineering Lead

Verisoul catches fake accounts, AI bots, and fraud. We distinguish real humans from bots and bad actors for companies like P&G, Qualtrics, Clay, and VSCO.

You lead Solutions Engineering at Verisoul: part technical implementer, part consultative seller. You sit with customers, figure out the right setup, and use Verisoul's signals to solve their fraud, bot, and fake-account problems. You own pilots from first conversation through signature: integration, data reviews, proving value, the ROI case, and the close. This role is mostly presales, with some post-sale technical implementation. You are not the account manager after go-live, and you are not first-line support. You sit on the Customer Solutions team, report to the CEO, and partner closely with the Director of Customer Success. Making the customer successful enough to sign is your job.

Own pilots end to end Run the technical sale. Get them integrated, review the data, prove the value, build the ROI analysis, and help get the deal signed.

Design the right technical setup Figure out how each customer should implement Verisoul: architecture, integration path, and how our signals map to their fraud, bot, and bad-account problems.

Solve the puzzle Build a deep understanding of core customer use cases and how Verisoul's platform actually solves them. Every customer is a slightly different puzzle.

Build partnership integrations Stand up integrations with partners so customers can get value faster.

Stay close to customers Work side by side with them through the pilot and, when needed, on post-sale technical implementation. Partner with the Director of Customer Success on the handoff once the deal is signed.

Make onboarding better Build tools, automations, and workflows that make it faster and cleaner for the next customer to get live.

6+ years across solutions architecture, solutions/sales engineering, or technical implementation in a customer-facing, sales-oriented role.

Code literacy: read and write Python or JavaScript, and debug customer integrations.

A consultative, customer-centric style. You can sit with a prospect, understand their fraud problem, and design a path to value.

Ownership mindset. You identify problems and then solve them.

Strong communication: explain complex technical concepts clearly, including to non-technical buyers.

Data fluency: SQL or Excel, plus comfort building ROI and impact analyses.

This role is in person in Austin, TX.

CEO You report to the CEO on the Customer Solutions team.

Director of Customer Success Your closest partner. You own the technical sale and the pilot; they own the account after close.

Sales You provide the technical proof and the ROI that help close deals.

Engineering You feed back what customers actually need.

Offshore team An offshore team augments Customer Solutions. You will work with them closely.

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

Bonus: $25,000 – $50,000 tied to pilot conversion and closed-won targets

Equity: 0.05% – 0.15% with 4-year vesting
