Title
Medical Assistant - ENT

Schedule
- Shift: 4 x 9.5-hour days, 07:45-17:30
- Days: Monday, Tuesday (off), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient setting
- ENT experience required
- BLS certification required
- MA-C preferred; MA-R accepted with prior clinical experience
- Reliable personal transportation required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vitals
- Record patient history, medications, and allergies
- Perform EMR charting and scribing during visits
- Handle specimen labeling and basic wound care
- Assist with biopsies and minor sterile procedures
- Conduct telephone triage and appointment scheduling

Compliance / Notes
- Local candidates only (within 50-mile radius)
- Proof of local address required
- Orientation: 8 hours
- Required documents for submission: current state license or compact license, copies of required certifications, a statement confirming interest in temp-to-perm, and two references
- Facility may restrict requested time off (RTO)
