New Orleans, Louisiana We're hiring a Pediatric Dentist in New Orleans, Louisiana who wants strong earning potential, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children's oral health. You'll step into an outpatient pediatric dental role focused on preventive care, restorative procedures, patient education, and treatment planning. • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• No evenings or weekend requirements
• 8-20 patients per day based on provider preference and bandwidth
• Progressive and financially stable dental organization
• Strong clinical support team
• Immediate $12,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year agreement
• Opportunity for significant production-based earnings What makes you a great fit

• You have or can obtain a Louisiana dental license

• Production compensation of 34% for W-2 providers
• Production compensation of 38% for 1099 providers
