Job Description

The Warehouse Manager oversees operations across medium-sized and multiple warehouse facilities, ensuring accurate inventory, fast order fulfillment, cost-effective processes, and continuous safety improvement. Reporting to the Site Manager and Operations Director while coordinating with HR, this role directly supervises hourly staff and leads cross-functional teams using ERP and Excel-based tools.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations across medium and multiple facilities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes.
• Supervise hourly staff and coordinate cross-functional warehouse teams.
• Oversee receiving activities and ensure timely, accurate material intake.
• Coordinate shipping and order fulfillment to support delivery speed and accuracy.
• Promote safety compliance and implement improvements to warehouse safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support operational needs.
• Prepare performance reports focused on inventory, fulfillment, costs, and safety.

 

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years recent stable warehouse management experience.
• Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) certification.
• Valid forklift license.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory management, materials handling, and order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance and lean warehousing principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
