LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Description & Requirements

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (state license required for assignment).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA).
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient acute care Registered Nurse experience .
• Current experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Experience using Epic EMR .
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Epic EMR experience required.
