Essential Functions: other duties may be assigned-
Disabled/Veteran.
- Conduct daily job site inspections, performing water analysis in the field for commercial and industrial boilers, cooling towers, and related HVAC equipment.
- Analyze water conditions and determine appropriate chemical treatment based on test results.
- Administer chemical water treatment safely and accurately as needed.
- Calculate proper chemical dosages and make adjustments based on system conditions and analysis.
- Maintain clear and accurate written reports of water testing, treatment, and service performed.
- Apply basic HVAC and mechanical knowledge to assist with the maintenance and operation of heating and cooling equipment as needed.
- Service existing commercial and industrial water treatment accounts while building strong relationships with customers.
- Identify additional service or water treatment opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Organize and schedule daily inspections for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
- Follow established safety procedures when handling, transporting, and applying treatment chemicals.

- 2 years of college coursework in chemistry, biology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a physically demanding environment, such as construction, skilled trades, maintenance, field service, warehouse, or similar work.
- Previous experience in water treatment, commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical ability to calculate chemical dosages and interpret water analysis results.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Access rooftops and HVAC equipment using ladders.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and chemical containers from a company vehicle.
- Transport 5-gallon pails and occasionally larger drums using provided hand truck/dolly.
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds occasionally, including lifting up to 25 pounds overhead.
- Climb ladders, work at heights, and reach overhead as part of regular job duties.
