Member Experience Specialist IRockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Specialist I. This frontline role delivers accurate, efficient, and welcoming service to members by handling routine transactions, supporting basic account needs, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. The Specialist I promotes products through needs-based conversations and refers more complex requests as needed, while following all security, compliance, and fraud-prevention procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan paymentsProvide account support and respond to basic member inquiriesPerform account maintenance such as address updates, debit card assistance, and stop paymentsPromote products and services through needs-based conversations and refer complex needs as appropriateBalance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction recordsFollow all security, compliance, and fraud-prevention proceduresSupport branch operations and deliver a professional, member-first experienceQualifications1+ year of experience in banking, financial services, retail, or cash handlingStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentNotary Public and credit union experience a plusBenefitsRFCU offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match and profit-sharing potential, flexible health and dependent care plans, and life, AD&D, and LTD insurance. In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
