As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food in a fast-paced and friendly environment. You will be a key part of our team, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
• Prepare food items according to Burger King standards and recipes, including grilling burgers, frying, and assembling sandwiches.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
