Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled X-ray/Rad Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients in a Level 1 Trauma setting, including NICU, PICU, surgery, and ER environments. The ideal candidate will ensure quality imaging to assist in accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures on adult and pediatric patients with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment such as portable X-ray machines, ensuring optimal image quality.
• Collaborate with medical staff to identify patient needs and adjust procedures accordingly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of imaging procedures and patient information.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety throughout imaging processes.
• Follow all infection control and safety guidelines to protect patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Possess state-specific licensure or certification as required.
• Demonstrate experience in trauma, NICU, PICU, surgery, or ER settings preferred.
• Show proficiency in operating portable X-ray and radiologic equipment.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
