What You'll Do
- Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
- Work self-directed from product ideas through to production with no hand-holding.
- Contribute across web or backend layers as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
- Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously in a highly autonomous team.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
- AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks - not just AI-assisted coding.
- Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
- Full-stack range with confidence diving into unfamiliar codebases.
- Strong experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice To Have
- Experience with MDM or Device Management API integration.
- Knowledge of QR code provisioning.
- Background in messaging or calling app development.
- Experience with XML layout UIs.
- Experiment-driven development and feature observability experience.
- Performance optimization skills.
