Store Team Member Location: Eataly WTC Department: Retail Operations Shift: Full-Time | 12:00 PM 8:30 PM (including weekends) Position Overview The Store Team Member at our Eataly WTC location is responsible for supporting daily retail operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. This role ensures a welcoming environment for guests while assisting with stocking, organization, and cleanliness throughout the store. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with product inquiriesStock, rotate, and replenish merchandise on the sales floorMaintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all timesEnsure proper product presentation and merchandising standardsAssist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventoryFollow all company policies and procedures, including food safety standardsWork collaboratively with team members and management to support daily operations Qualifications Previous retail, grocery, or food service experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysTeam-oriented with a positive attitude Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 40 lbsComfortable working in a retail and food environment Additional Information Must be available for 12:00 PM 8:30 PM shiftWeekly PayDynamic, team-driven work environment
