We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead major electrical construction projects across large-scale Data Center / Mission Critical developments.

The Role:

• Manage electrical projects valued at $20M–$100M from preconstruction through completion
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors and client relationships
• Own project schedule, budget, forecasting, change orders and financial reporting
• Support estimating, takeoffs and change-order pricing
• Represent the company in client and project meetings
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Data Center / Mission Critical experience required
• Hyperscale Data Center experience preferred
• Experience managing $20M–$100M electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project financials
• Journeyman or Master Electrical License strongly preferred
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6, MS Project, BIM360 or CXAlloy preferred
• Able and willing to travel/work across Northern Virginia as required
• Willingness to work an 11/3 rotation
