Certified Welding Inspector

To ensure compliance with quality control standards and customer specifications, the full-time remote Site QC Manager will oversee project welding activities, conduct inspections, and manage Quality Control Inspectors while reporting directly to the Project Manager. Key responsibilities: Prepare and maintain detailed job packages documenting all project welding activities Monitor job site activities for compliance with specifications, guidelines, and codes Conduct inspections and audits, addressing noncompliant conditions and coordinating inspection activities Required qualifications: Valid Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification from AWS Minimum of eight years of experience in ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code construction and/or National Board Inspection Code repair work At least four years of experience in a Quality Control function Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management
