Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Citation Club. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance, with a strong background in drywall and HVAC systems. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle turn maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong drywall repair and installation skills.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
• Experience with turn maintenance and unit preparation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Work Environment:

This position is based at Citation Club in Farmington Hills, MI. The role involves physical work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
