Salary Range: Up to $130K+ annual Regional Sales Manager – Texas Bighorn Powersports | Remote / Field-Based – Texas Bighorn Powersports is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an experienced powersports professional to take ownership of our Texas territory and help build the next phase of our dealer network.
We have a compelling story to take to dealers: a Georgia-based company with over 28 years in business, UTVs assembled right here in the USA, great products, aggressive price points, strong dealer profitability, and a commitment to being easy to do business with. (A fully loaded 1000cc UTV with heat and A/C for around $23K retail—what’s not to like?) We’re expanding our lineup, investing in dealer support, and growing our national dealer network.
This is an opportunity to get in early and build something . You’ll recruit strong dealer partners, develop the Texas market, and support those dealers as they grow with Bighorn. The compensation plan includes a base salary of approximately $70,000 plus uncapped new-dealer bonuses and per-unit commissions , with realistic performance expectations supporting annual earnings of $130,000+ . You’re rewarded from day one for the business you create, with additional upside as you build the territory. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who knows the powersports business and can hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will have powersports dealership, OEM, distributor, dealer-development, or territory sales experience, with the ability to prospect, open doors, build dealer relationships, and grow a market. Just as importantly, we want someone who shares our commitment to doing business the right way, building lasting dealer partnerships, and prioritizing long-term, sustainable growth.
