Reach out to local residents and businesses to introduce them to our coverage options. Manage existing policyholder accounts and handle any changes or questions that come up. Prepare and present insurance quotes in a way that is easy to understand. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our database. Participate in local community events to increase our agency's presence in Danville. Requirements Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License. Strong track record in sales or managing client relationships. Clear and articulate communication skills. Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems. High school diploma or equivalent. Understanding of regional insurance markets in Virginia.
