This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates on a standard weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses, with full medical, laboratory, and radiology support available to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The area serves as a gateway to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, offering access to hiking, biking, and scenic drives in the surrounding region. Cultural attractions include the ImagineU Children's Museum, the Tulare County Museum, and the Visalia Fox Theatre, complemented by outdoor spaces such as Mooney Grove Park and the Kaweah Oaks Preserve. The walkable downtown features a self-guided historic tour, a microbrewery district, and a weekly farmers market, and clinicians on assignment will also find access to agritourism experiences, including u-pick orchards, in the surrounding area.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday - Friday on a day shift with 5x8 and 4x9 schedule options available, accommodating 36- and 40-hour work week preferences. The expected caseload is 20-24 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to support daily clinical operations. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
