Responsibilities Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results Ensure compliance with contract and security standards Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance What You Bring / Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Experience supporting government or DoD programs Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills At least three (3) years demonstrated experience in and knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications Ability to support a 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule rotating among Day Shift (0545-1345), Swing Shift (1345-2145), or Mid Shift (2145-0545), including weekends and some holidays Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc.) Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate independent research to enhance target development Ability to identify target communications within the global network Compensation & Benefits The projected salary range for this position is $122,000-$138,600, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
