Shore to Summit Travel Therapy has an immediate opening for a Travel PT (Physical Therapist) in Sonora, CA.Job Details:- Pay: $2,720 per week- Setting: Outpatient clinic - sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation- Assignment Length: 26 weeks (6-month rotation), with potential to extend- Shift: 5 x 8-hour days or 4 x 10-hour days, M-F- Schedule: 40 hours per week- Patients per day: 1 on 1, one-hour sessions- Start: ASAPPeak Performance Care in Sonora, CA specializes in sports medicine and active adult rehabilitation with a 1-on-1 care model — one-hour sessions, no double-booking. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation setting
• Provide 1-on-1, one-hour treatment sessions with no double-booking
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the clinic owner and healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management
• Maintain compliance with facility standards and state licensure requirements

Requirements

• Active PT license in CA required to start the assignment
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• BLS/CPR certification
• New graduates welcome - mentorship provided by clinic owner
• Interest in sports medicine and active adult populations preferred
