Job Title: Manufacturing Operator Job Description

• Operate forklifts to move materials efficiently.
• Engage in all aspects of production and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and managing goods.
• Ensure quality control using computerized systems like RF Scanners and ERP systems.
• Prepare, blend, and package ingredients into compounds according to production schedules.
• Verify the presence and accuracy of ingredients for blending.
• Retrieve and label packaging materials appropriately.
• Set up and load filling machines.
• Transport material samples to Quality Control personnel for testing.
• Operate various processing equipment for ingredient preparation.
• Use scales, printing devices, industrial lift trucks, and pallet jacks effectively.
• Operate both automatic and manual machines in the production process.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Experience in chemical manufacturing, including mixing, batching, compounding, or using filler and blending machines.
• Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more.
• Proficient in operating forklifts.

• Proficiency in machine operating and handling equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with RF Scanners and ERP systems is a plus.

The role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing and warehouse facility. The job involves shift work, including required overtime and some Saturdays. Shifts available include 2nd and 3rd shifts, with specific openings for various A, B, and C shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.12 - $21.12/hr.
