Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long Term Care (LTC) settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 812 residents per day and meet a productivity requirement of 87%.
• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs.
• New graduates are considered if willing to learn; preferred that new graduates have SNF experience during Level II fieldwork.

• Schedule: 5 x 8s.
• Typical caseload: 812 residents per day, servicing both skilled nursing and Part B outpatient (LTC) therapy services.
• Floating: May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
