$28.00 - $30.50/Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at North Lake Care Center, a leading provider of sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing care in Lake Park, Florida. As a Per Diem LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, Monday to Sunday, all shifts. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the registered nurse or physician

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

• 1 year of experience as an LPN

• Ability to work per diem, Monday to Sunday, all shifts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely
