The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their businesses. A typical day at IWG Arrive early to ensure the center is ready and all cleaning tasks were completed. Assist customers with Wi‑Fi changes, package inquiries, meeting‑room directions, projector set‑ups, and coffee recommendations. Verify that all services are properly charged and invoices are accurate. Sort mail and follow up with customers on pending items. Help customers with printing and invoicing needs throughout the day. Open service tickets for technical or environmental issues. Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and coordinate networking events, including sending e‑invites and creating posters. Guide larger groups to nearby restaurants and ensure the space remains tidy at close of day. About You A good communicator who can build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience). Enjoys taking ownership of problems and finding solutions. Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptive during fast‑changing situations. Confident using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
