Property Manager work - $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team and live on-site as a Property Manager / Caretaker / Janitor. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week as manager and 8 hours per week as Caretaker / Janitorial with the convenience of living on-site.

Management Responsibilities:

· Leasing apartments and conducting tours

· Responding to resident inquiries and concerns

· Coordinating move-ins and move-outs

· Rent collection and basic administrative duties

· Monitoring property appearance and curb appeal

· Working closely with maintenance staff and management

· Ensuring lease compliance and community standards

Management Qualifications:

· Previous property management or leasing experience preferred

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Professional, dependable, and self-motivated

· Basic computer knowledge required

· Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, or similar software is a plus

Part-Time Caretaker / Janitroial Responsibilities

· Cleaning common areas and hallways

· Light groundskeeping and trash removal

· Monitoring property cleanliness and reporting concerns

· Assisting with seasonal upkeep as needed

· Cleaning common areas

· Keeping sidewalks free of snow / ice

Part-Time Caretaker / Janitorial Qualifications:

· Dependable and punctual

· Ability to work independently

· Strong attention to detail

· Previous cleaning or caretaker experience preferred
