Store Manager

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the assigned store in a manner that ensures all retail sales and related activities are performed in a professional, courteous, reliable, and results‑oriented manner. This direction should promote the company’s goals and objectives and emphasize increasing sales and profits. Key Responsibilities Oversee overall store operations, including sales, inventory, and cashier functions. Develop effective plans and programs to achieve sales goals and objectives. Takes exceptional care of our customers. Promote store internal programs for alternative sources of revenue. Ensure the sales floor is ‘Showtime Ready’. Implement retail training programs to ensure employees are fully trained. Qualifications High school education plus at least two years of college completion. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Four or more years of related retail sales experience. Two or more years of supervisory experience. Ability to operate and use a personal computer with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Positive attitude, high energy, and service‑focused mindset. Strong customer service, sales, decision, and problem‑solving skills.
