This role oversees electrical design activities, AutoCAD drawing creation and review, construction supervision, and technical evaluations of work completed by both internal teams and external service providers. Professional engineering designation considered an asset.Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of electrical field experience. Minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Minimum of one (1) year of project management experience. Experience in grain handling, food processing, or bulk material handling industries is preferred.Required Knowledge & Skills: Technical Skills Proficiency with AutoCAD and electrical drawing development. Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and industrial automation. Experience using spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and project management software. Ability to review technical specifications, engineering documents, and construction drawings.
