Senior XRPL Ecosystem Growth & Partnerships Lead

Ripple is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to scale the XRPL ecosystem by connecting startups, founders, and strategic partners. You'll define ecosystem strategy, build relationships with VCs and accelerators, and drive market adoption across cross-border payments, stablecoins, FX and more. Based in New York, Miami, London, or São Paulo, you'll work with a global team to shape product direction and accelerate real-world use of Ripple's crypto solutions.
