Bar/Restaurant Manager

Molly's In Soulard is seeking a full time bar/ restaurant manager . Molly's has a very high volume, high energy, bar and restaurant operation. We are seeking a full time manager who has the energy and enthusiasm to keep up with this challenging and rewarding job. The job includes:

• report directly to the GM/Owner 
• work alongside the management team and staff to keep operations cohesive
• answer guest and staff questions
• help to expedite orders
• help to ensure a positive guest experience
• inventory and loss prevention management
• assist with ordering and receiving of product
• day-to-day managing of a staff of 30+ people 
• scheduling staff and managing labor expenses
• upkeep of daily logs and incident reports
• fulfilling other rolls and responsibilities as needed

The Ideal candidate has 
- 1+ year of bar management experience in a similar operation
- open availability to work a mix of week nights and weekends.
- ability to provide excellent professional references
- an openly positive attitude about our establishment and our industry .
