Your expertise will be vital in ensuring flawless deployments and customer happiness.What you'll be doing:Serve as the technical FAE, working directly with end customers, NVIS and OEM deployment teams from planning through operational handoverCoordinate site readiness, equipment availability, installation schedules, and requirements for power, cooling, networking, and system configurationGuide deployment teams through installation, system bring-up, integration, and validation to meet customer acceptance criteriaDrive deployment issue resolution and address partner concerns across customer, OEM, and NVIDIA teams. Communicate progress, risks, and recovery plansMaintain deployment documentation and improve procedures based on lessons learnedWhat we need to see:BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in data center deployment, systems engineering, infrastructure integration, or technical deliveryHands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting servers, GPU systems, or clustered infrastructure, with an understanding of power, cooling, storage, and networkingExperience with Linux, BIOS/UEFI, BMC management, drivers, firmware, and system diagnosticsStrong project-management and customer communication skills, with experience coordinating delivery across multiple organizationsMust operate from the Round Rock area and travel to customer and deployment sites as requiredWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience deploying NVIDIA HGX, DGX, or MGX platforms, or comparable AI and HPC systemsFamiliarity with liquid cooling, Ethernet or InfiniBand networking, and GPU cluster provisioning and validationExperience automating deployment and diagnostic tasks using Python, shell scripting, or infrastructure automation toolsWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
