Locations Clinic, Hospital/ER and Care Center Position Summary Madison Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician who is BE/BC Family Medicine to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide full‑spectrum care in a rural community setting, including clinic, hospital/emergency room and care center services, for patients of all ages. Madison Healthcare current medical staff consists of 2‑MD, 1‑DNP/APRN/CNP, 1‑PA‑C and 1‑NP. You will work closely with a dynamic and collaborative group of clinicians who value shared decision‑making and teamwork. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR. Education / Experience
