Equity Programs Administrator — Global, Scalable Ops
Etched
Etched is seeking a Stock Administrator to own the global equity programs as the company rapidly scales its infrastructure. You will manage grants, exercises, vesting, ESPP purchases, and other transactions while maintaining data integrity across Carta and internal systems. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People to ensure accurate payroll accounting, tax reporting, and SEC filings. A strong background in equity programs and ASC 718 is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Etched
