If you enjoy staying active and take pride in keeping vehicles looking their best, we'd love to have you on our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in presentation and cleanliness, and understands that delivering a clean vehicle is an important part of the customer experience.
Primary Responsibility: Wash customer vehicles for the majority of each shift, ensuring every vehicle is clean, presentable, and ready for delivery.
Additional Duties: Assist with lot operations and other service support tasks as needed, including moving vehicles and maintaining a clean, organized service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles for pickup and delivery
- Perform final appearance checks to ensure vehicles meet dealership presentation standards
- Move vehicles safely between the service lane, wash area, shop, and parking areas as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash area, service drive, and surrounding workspaces
- Support Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle staging and department operations
- Assist with lot organization and other department support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission experience preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle presentation
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
Compensation & Benefits:
