Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Financial Aid professional to deliver high-level financial aid services via inbound calls and emails. You will advise on aid eligibility, types, and application procedures while maintaining FERPA compliance and confidentiality. Responsibilities include creating award letters, data entry in Banner, and follow-up with departments to ensure timely origination and disbursement for each semester.
