Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MN SPED Tier 3 or 4 license (required)
• Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Background in center-based settings serving DCD/ASD students is desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support to elementary students within center-based programs
• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with district and state standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
• Track and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
