Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients across a diverse age range, adjusting therapeutic techniques as necessary to cater to different needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, utilizing standardized assessment tools and evidence-based practices.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based modalities, ensuring that client goals are met and adjusted as needed during therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and community partners to ensure cohesive care delivery and address all aspects of a client's health.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment interventions, adhering to state and federal regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues. These include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients necessitate a nuanced approach, and as a licensed mental health counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting their personal growth and recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as a mental health counselor, specifically being either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
