Pay & Benefits:
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly pay; package discussed upon applicationBenefits: Weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), licensure and certification reimbursements, paid sick leave, robust referral bonus program, and travel reimbursements when applicable, including hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standards
What You'll Do:
Perform inpatient diagnostic and therapeutic urological procedures, including cystoscopy, stent placement, ureteroscopy, and clot evacuationsProvide emergency inpatient care and manage general urology casesCollaborate with advanced practice providers (APNs) and hospital staff to deliver exceptional patient careSupport hospital-based outpatient and inpatient urology servicesEnsure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
Active Urology Board Certification or EligibilityBLS and ACLS certificationsMinimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experienceStrong procedural skills in general urology and ureteroscopyExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
