At Tully's Tenders, "What We Do" is serve "The Best Tenders on Earth," Hot, Fresh, Fast! Tully's Tenders is looking for fun and energetic individuals to fill Management positions at our new Quick Service Location in Oswego, NY. Managers are responsible for assisting the General Manager in all aspects of management; providing direction, training, and the skill to ensure that the guests' expectations are exceeded, team members are treated fairly and with respect, and that each shift reaches its business goals. Managers will be accountable for opening and/or closing the restaurant, following established opening, and closing procedures. All you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast paced, team-oriented environment! We will provide you with all the tools necessary for a successful experience, with hands-on training, and a structured path to grow your career.
Requirements
-Passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
-Food Quality: Demonstrate menu knowledge and menu item preparation.
-Ensure menu items are made properly and presented according to Tully's recipes and standards.
-Staff Development: * Train *, coach, and mentor employees in order to help them achieve success in their position, both back and front of the house. Lead and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
-Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high-performance team that embodies the vision of the business
-Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurants established speed of service guidelines
-Support drive thru operations & Hospitality team
-Oversee speed of service and completion of goals
-Ensures that workstations are clean at all times
-Entrepreneurial Spirit: Build sales, increase profits, and grow customer counts. Perform various administration duties.
-Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe restaurant at all times.
-Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures at all times
-Ensures that Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness
-Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues
-Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
-Commitment to exceed guest expectations.
-Multi-task in a time sensitive environment.
-Must be able to work in any of our Area restaurants
Qualifications
-High School Diploma/GED Required
-Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
-Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience
-Strategic thinker, goal-oriented
-Mature, dependable, and results-oriented
-Outstanding leadership and communication skills
-Strong time management skills, detail oriented, observant
-Open availability
-Develop, coach, and motivate team members
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
