Assembler Entry-LevelArrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our goal is for all employees to work safely without injury while maintaining the highest safety standards in compliance with company policies.This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is 3rd Shift, Sunday- Thursday (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM).Hourly Rate of Pay: $19.41-$29.74 per hour with occasional overtime available. Also includes a $2.40 per hour shift differential.This offer includes a one-time signing bonus of $1,000 which will be grossed-up to cover the tax withholdings. The first half will be paid after your 90th-day and the second half after you have successfully completed your probationary period of 180-days. If you voluntarily resign from the company before completing one year of employment, you will be required to reimburse the company within 30 days of your resignation.Our facility is located at 1204 W. 20th St. Okmulgee, OK 74447.401K, medical insurance, dental, vision and company paid life insurance. Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and grab parts and inspect machinery. Must be able to wear PPE, personal protective equipment required to move throughout the shop.
