Dental Insurance Coordinator

We are looking for an A-Team Professional approved Insurance coordinator to help our communities gain knowledge and educate them on their dental benefits. Responsibilities Making our patients feel as welcomed guests to the office Practice Covid-19 Protocols Ability to build a rapport with patients and co-workers Insurance terminology is preferred Knowledge with Dentrix, Eagle-soft, Open-Dental, or any Dental software Perform Insurance verifications Answer telephones in professional courteous manner to patients and coworkers using superior customer service skills Provide necessary instructions/directions to patients and politely answer questions Build financial agreements from the treatment plan Review with Dental Insurance on coverages and limitations Present Treatment plans to the patient using appropriate terminology in an organized professional manner Follow up on denials, appeals and insurance requests for additional information Examine EOBs or answer any billing questions patients may have Review patient charts and notes for the next working day Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One or more years of experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice is preferred Ability to understand insurance plans is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft and QSI software applications is preferred Job Types Full-time Part-time Temporary Contract Pay Hourly/DOE Benefits No benefits listed. #J-18808-Ljbffr a-teamdentalstaffing
