Director, Supply Chain

Director-level supply chain leadership role at a CDMO facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, materials management, sourcing, warehouse/distribution, and S&OP for a multi-customer pharmaceutical manufacturing portfolio.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply chain plans aligned with site strategy for complex multi-customer CDMO portfolio
Lead and develop high-performing supply chain team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Lead S&OP and portfolio planning processes to align customer demand, capacity, and program priorities
Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives for responsiveness, reliability, and operational efficiency
Manage supply chain operating budget, resource planning, and capital requirements within site priorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related business field
10+ years supply chain management experience with 5+ years people leadership
5+ years leading multiple management-level leaders
Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma, biotech, or medical device)
Strong knowledge of planning, materials, ERP/MRP, S&OP, inventory, and distribution
Demonstrated success with transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management
