Benefits: Weekly pay Health Insurance Incentive Programs Referral Bonus Job Responsibilities: Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency Qualifications: RBT Certification or 40 hours course Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required) Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required) The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families Must pass a criminal background check Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Succeed ABA Therapy
