Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Missouri Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home Health experience required, including OASIS assessment experience (client-specific requirement).
• Experience with client electronic documentation systems preferred, HCHB experience preferred.
• Minimum education requirement: at least a Bachelor's degree (client-specific requirement).

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1600.
• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours per week.
• On-call/Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
• Coverage Areas: North County, St. Louis County and St. Louis City (candidate may be required to travel within these coverage areas).
