This is a medical-dental clinic that is part of one of the Northwest's largest community health centers, serving over 40 clinics across 18 communities in Washington and Oregon. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the facility operates as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving underserved populations with affordable, high-quality care regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to a largely migrant and Latino community
• Manage your own patient panel with a team-based approach to patient care
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient support
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week)
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• Must have Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's/Bachelor's Degree as Physician Assistant
• New graduates encouraged to apply with relevant clinical rotation experience
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
• Annual CME allowance of $3,100 with 5 days (40 hours) of CME time
