Picking (Submittals)

Looking for motivated and dependable team members to join our distribution center as Pickers. In this role, you'll help ensure customer orders are accurately selected, prepared, and shipped in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Picking (Submittals) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)

• Pick and pack book orders accurately using warehouse equipment and technology.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy.
• Prepare shipments for distribution. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Picking (Submittals) Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
