We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in Voorhees, New Jersey.

Position Overview

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and companionship while promoting each client's independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

As a member of our caregiving team, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Help with safe transfers.

• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when appropriate.

• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless permitted by law and company policy).

• Accompany clients to appointments or community outings when required.

• Observe and report changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies.

Applicants must have:Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.

• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and provide respectful care.

• Required Pre-Employment Documentation

• Prior to beginning employment, applicants must provide or complete the following:

• Government-issued photo identification

• I-9 employment eligibility documentation

• Current TB screening (2-step PPD completed within the required timeframe or acceptable alternative documentation if applicable)

• Physical examination meeting company requirements

• Required immunization documentation (including MMR, if applicable)
