Job Description Pick and Pack Workers (Picker/Packer) – 1st Shifts Needed!
Location: Auburn, NY
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7AM – 3:30 PM and OT as needed
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Picker/Packer role in a fast-paced production environment. In this position, you will play a key role in preparing products for shipment by accurately counting, packaging, and sealing items to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and handle products to fulfill customer orders
• Accurately count items to ensure correct quantities
• Package products into bags and prepare them for shipment
• Seal and label finished products properly
• Palletize the items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all production procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Picking/packing experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Forklift operation is a plus!
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
