Imaging Manager

Overview Imaging Supervisor — Full-Time, Onsite Location: Sanford, NC Qualifications Associate’s degree is required in Radiologic Technology ARRT Certification in Radiography is required BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical imaging experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care Supervise and support imaging technologists, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture Perform CT and X-ray exams as needed, maintaining clinical competency and supporting departmental coverage Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other departments to ensure seamless imaging services Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental planning and budgeting Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Health Care Provider Industries: Hospitals and Health Care, Hospitals, and Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
