Training & Documentation Specialist

Job Title: Training & Documentation Specialist
Location: Boise, ID (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months

Summary:
Supports training systems, documentation, and LMS activities. Ensures accurate content, training records, and compliance with standards.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Technical documentation creation, editing & maintenance
Documentation change management & repository control
LMS administration (training requests, audits, assignments, OJT certifications)
Content accuracy collaboration with SMEs
Training records & data management

Requirements:

Bachelor's or equivalent experience
2+ years in technical documentation or LMS administration

Preferred:

Semiconductor or manufacturing environment experience
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint
Experience documenting systems, equipment, or processes
