Job Description Receiving associate needed for an incredible Manufacturing company in Green Cove Springs. Monday - Friday 6:30am-4:30pm Pay: $19-20/hour depending on experience Overtime every week with a standard 50 hour work week means you earn over $1000 per week!
Recruiting Manager
- Check in of new products and advise necessary personnel of any/all discrepancies.
- Enter product information into Excel.
- Check in and receipt of parcel and local deliveries. Unload as necessary.
- Check in and receipt of freight deliveries.
- Ensure that all needed parts are expedited to personnel. Notify all necessary personnel upon arrival and/or receipt.
- Notify Purchasing Dept of any/all delivery discrepancies.
- Deliveries/drop offs to/from local vendors. Load and unload as necessary.
- Maintain Receiving Dept. truck logs.
- Maintain hot parts board.
- Deliveries/drop offs to/from local vendors. Load and unload as necessary.
- Follow cleaning procedures such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and keeping receiving break area clean and organized.
- Must have a High School Education
- Be able to read and write legibly.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Strong computer skills and experience in receiving.
- Experience in warehouse and forklift operation.
- Regularly lift and carry parts of up to 50 pounds. Must be able to bend and reach between floor level and above head to stock shelves and use bins. Be able to climb 6-foot traveling ladder to stock shelves. Be able to climb on and off forklift throughout the day and unload trucks. Able to maintain for up to ten hours of physical labor, including walking, standing, lifting, climbing, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and moving around the warehouse.
